Restore, Rebalance, Revitalise – Yoga, Fitness and Eat-clean Retreat

This retreat is all about the bigger picture. And as much as we love love love yoga, we felt the need for a little bit of cardio and that lovely rush of endorphins, ways to strengthen the body and some education on what eating healthily is really all about. Not fanatical, but practical ways to build all these delicious elements into your life.

We had a trial run of this new concept of retreat in July, with glowing testimonials. This retreat is for you if you are looking for a practical, grounded approach to living your life. If you want to find balance, but don’t really know where to start. And if you want to enjoy all this within a spiritual and conscious framework.

Lisa Strong is our nutrition guru – full of incredible, practical advice delivered with such passion and enthusiasm, that you feel so inspired to try for yourself. Susie Howell heads up the yoga flow – and the integration of strength training has come from her own experience. Feeling the difference and depth in her own practise and how to avoid injuries! We are joined by plenty of other amazing teachers and therapists – each who will add their own little bit of magic to the retreat.

This is about having fun in a beautiful location – with like-minded individuals. You’ll go home feeling changed,  inspired and feeling lighter in mind, body and spirit.
