Site visit in-person & 360 property evaluation of the retreat-experience, facilitaties, potential for evolution & expansion, energy, flow, capacity, and operational suitability
Guidance on spatial use, accommodation layout, and guest experience
Benchmarking against comparable retreat venues and market standards for pricing
Venue positioning for communications: online & promotional materials, offering clarity, and ideal-use recommendations;

Package II: Retreat Experience Framework & Conscious Hospitality Design

Purpose
To help location owners shape a coherent retreat framework and hospitality offering that enhances the guest experience while increasing the venue’s desirability and ease of operation.

Includes

Design of retreat-ready experience frameworks adaptable to multiple groups
Guidance on flow of days, use of spaces, and energetic pacing
Conscious hospitality and food philosophy design aligned with regenerative wellness principles
(including seasonal menus, water altar bars, tea stations, composting and low-impact systems)
Recommendations for trusted facilitators, chefs, and retreat collaborators from our network
Integration of Ibiza’s cultural, nature-based, and transformational offerings as optional add-ons
Refinement of the guest journey from arrival to departure

Package III: Full Venue Activation, Retreat Production & Operational Management

Purpose
To fully activate your location as a retreat destination through professional production, operational oversight, and guest care — while protecting the integrity of the land and the owner’s vision.

Includes

Co-creation of your venue’s retreat identity, values, and operational framework
End-to-end retreat production and logistical management on behalf of the location
On-site hosting, venue stewardship, and operational oversight during retreats
Coordination of facilitators, chefs, suppliers, and support teams
High-touch guest care that reflects positively on the venue brand
Ongoing advisory partnership to support sustainable retreat operations and growth

Ideal For
Location owners who want their property professionally held, activated, and represented — without being personally involved in day-to-day retreat delivery.

Comprehensive packages designed according to brief and scale of activation

Optional extra: Set up and Styling of location to highlight all special and unique elements & areas that add appeal and uniquely position your property with photography / videography to bring your retreat location “to life” and optimise your bookings systems.

How We Work

We have an intial discovery call to assess how we can best help you; we make our recommendations and then require a 50% deposit to begin the Holistic Consultancy journey – deductable from overall budget once the retreat or wellness experience is signed off.
