Terms of Service

• Your deposit payment will secure your retreat location. Please refer to your agreement with your chosen location to confirm deposit amount and payment dates. It is the responsibility of the teacher / group leader named on this form to ensure all payments are made accordingly.

• A 200€ deposit secures Ibiza Retreats time and energy and your commitment to working with us. This is non-refundable and is deducted from our final total management fee as agreed by both parties in a separate contract / detailed in your booking confirmation. Balance payment is made according to the payment agreement detailed on your booking confirmation.

• Each teacher / group leader is responsible for having their own personal and professional indemnity insurance for hosting, teaching and leading their group.

• By ticking this box you are confirming that you have this insurance as detailed and will be ensuring that each of your clients has their own medical / travel insurance / cover for the entirety of their stay.
