A beautiful renovation – sumptuous and luxurious in style, but maintaining all its traditional charm

About: Can Verru is a charming traditional style villa which has been renovated with care and attention over the last 5 years by it’s owners.
It’s peaceful setting off a camino gives it plenty of privacy as a private retreat space. And yet, it has the advantage of a plethora of beautiful beaches a very short drive away (Cala Conte, Cala Bassa, Cala Tarida). Each spacious room has a unique character of it’s own and the villa offers plenty of space for big groups.

The Moroccan cottage (which was originally a stable and has been renovated to traditional Moorish style) means that groups have separated space – which can be incredibly important when bodies, hearts and minds are being opened! Note the the views from the cottage are over the sea and mountains, and can be sold at a luxury rate.

In addition, the beautiful traditional tipi is set back from the main house and the Moroccan cottage in the lush green gardens. Boho-chic style – it offers the teachers a space of their own to stay to gather energy and have some personal space to relax away from the group under the starry Ibizan sky.

Location: Set in an acre of quiet, rustic farmland in the South-west of the island. Near to the beautiful sunset beaches of Cala Conte and a short drive West to the magical and mystical Es Vedra! Ibiza Town and the airport are both approximately 20mins drive away.

Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements:
Villa: 4 bedrooms – all en-suite. Sleeps 8.
Moroccan Cottage: 3 bedrooms – 2 doubles and 1 twin – all en-suite. Sleeps 6.
Tipi: Sleeps 2 (for teachers, staff or the more adventurous guests!)

Capacity: 14 based on full occupancy in villa and Moroccan cottage. Teachers can be accommodated in the tipi under the stars to free up space, making a total of 16 capacity.

More details & facilities: The living space is also really spacious at Can Verru – in addition to the kitchens and dining areas there is a large poolside room, which is perfect to simply relax after a day in the sun. The beautiful pool and chill-out offers a great central shared space for the entire group.

There is WIFI throughout. Full UK Sky. And even a games room!

1. Catering options: Please ask full details – from €35 – 47.50pp per day, based on pre yoga fruits and teas, an abundant brunch, afternoon snack & delicious 2 course supper. Mineral water can be provided. All cuisine is healthy, seasonal and organic (as possible) vegetarian cuisine made with love!

Other need to knows about Can Verru
* A 50% deposit is required in order to secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before.
* Normally the rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4pm and 10am check out on the day of departure.
* Can Verru ask for a £1,500 inventory and breakages deposit, payable when making the final rental payment, to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject the there being no damage or breakages.
