Co-Director of Ibiza Retreats 2010 – 2022, Founder of GLOW RETREATS
Susie discovered Yoga when she was twenty-three and quickly understood the practise to be an integral pillar in the daily management of anxiety and the stress caused by inner-city living. In 2008, she completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in Camden, London and went on to establish a following for her uplifting leadership though Vinyasa Flow sequences.
Cultivating a practise of self-enquiry and meditation empowered Susie to make conscious transitions to live a life aligned with her values and today Susie remains motivated to authentically accompany and inspire others to do the same.
In 2010, Susie joined Larah Davis and became a partner and co-director of Ibiza Retreats. Susie and Larah collaborated for twelve years, developing and refining the unique, Ibiza Retreats formula to offer an enhanced, holistic wellness experience that over the years has touched and changed many lives.
Susie gracefully combined warmth with efficiency as she curated and co-hosted multiple Ibiza Retreats annually with Larah, together growing the organization to its fullest expression until it became one of the island´s most esteemed providers of wellness experiences, with an international community of returning guests.
Every body has a different story… our biology is our biography
“I was seeking healing for my heart, my mind, my emotional and physical wellbeing. I had come out of a very challenging break-up with a long-term partner, with whom I had a business, house, life, identity and needed to feel held.
I needed to feel the luxury and comfort of personalized care so that I could do the “inner work” to alchemise my past into new seeds for a positive beginning. So I created what I was seeking….”
In 2022 Susie made another, courageous personal transition and birthed her own retreat formula, ´Glow,´ which in essence combines the nourishment of self-care with the nourishment of pleasure, to bring people together for a playful, joyful and relaxing retreat experience with Yoga at its´ beating heart.
