The Soul Consciousness kitchen offers Erika Tangari’s high frequency, purifying cuisine. Reconnecting us to our most ancient and essential earth-ties through the alchemical pleasures of eating delicious vegan dishes, nutritionally designed to optimise your energy levels, gently detoxify impurities and increase your clarity of body, heart and mind.
Regeneratively sourced: Erika sources the finest, freshest, organic and locally grown ingredients, working with the harvests of the seasons.
This delicious, nourishing experience, will enable ever cell of your body to feel cleaner, lighter and revitalised.
The cuisine is vegan, gluten free and free of stimulants such as sugar and caffeine to enable your adrenals to release excess adrenalin, to boost kidney function, support your liver in detoxifying and to give your whole nervous system and replenishing reset.
Temezcal Indigenous Sweat Lodge
Led by Maria Valdvia, Ibiza’s most renowned healers and medicine women, Maria has been leading sweat lodges for over 25 years as a space for prayer, cleansing, purification and many levels of mental, physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
Returning to the womb of Mother Earth: this is a sacred and potent experience that enables our group to come together and feel the power of Quantum healing in community.
This ancient ceremony is considered by many to be the most powerful, transformational medicine of all.

Larah Davis
Founder of Ibiza Retreats and AVATARA Holistic Consultancy, Larah is a Holistic Life Coach, Somatic Yoga Teacher, Clinically trained Yoga Therapist, Integrative Quantum Medicine ™ & NLP Master Practitioner. A writer and former Wellness editor of Psychologies Magazine, Larah holds a heart-centred space and is passionate about empowering you with tools to alchemise life’s challenges into golden opportunities for conscious evolution.
Stephanie Canavesio
Master Meditation teacher, with a multitude of mastered healing modalities, Stephanie has developed a unique approach to her guidance and teachings through compassionate inquiry and meditative practices, called Presence Embodied. Stephanie connects you to the present moment to restore you to your truest expression and the practice of consciousness.
Chris Connors
Chris is an embodiment coach, psychotherapist and meditation teacher for 25 years – his work is derived from his life with the Soto Zen masters since 1999 and his 15 years creating with Gabrielle Roth, founder of the 5Rhythms movement practice.
Anika Lefebvre
Renowned Breathwork Specialist and Certified Hypnotherapist, Anika has held space for the past 15 years in workshops, immersions and transformative experiences. She developed Mystic Breath to enable you to tune into your deeper and higher levels of awareness so that you can expand into your potential. Her precise and supportive presence enables you to feel held and safe so that you can relax and dive deeper into your personal process.
Laor
Is an internationally renowned medicine woman, vocal alchemist and sound healer, who has led ceremonial prayer circles, given Voicessence workshops and offered unifying concerts and 1:1 healing journeys for over 15 years in countries all over the world. Activating tribal intelligence, drawing on ancient remembering: LAOR offers a magical portal to explore your truest expression. She welcomes you wholly as you are to find your true voice, sing your song and open your heart to heal, grow and remember the joy and love that you are here to embody.
Paola & Marco
Hosting us as Guardians of the land and owners of Hekamiah, Paola and Marco have a deep commitment to regenerating the land in and around Hekamiah and to including regenerative practices within your experience of the retreat journey. Paola is a Human Design & Somatic Breathwork practitioner, Leadershift founder and Marco is a dedicated yogi and Vision Quester, who has created two retreat centres and joins light-forces with Paola to welcome you to nourish, rest and regenerate body, soul and mind.
