Ibiza Retreats uniquely offer a truly tailor-made experience for each of our guests, to enable them to get the very most out of their time with us.
Our soulful retreats offer peace, relaxation but plenty of fun with inspiring holistic support alongside practical techniques to learn and take away with you, to incorporate into your day to day life. We offer a unique blend of yoga, mindfulness, life-coaching, holistic wellness workshops and tailor-made strategies for ongoing self-care.
All retreats include full-board accommodation with delicious vegetarian / cow-dairy free, locally sourced fresh seasonal product. (A typical day includes pre-yoga bites, a hearty, healthy brunch, afternoon snack, nuts, seeds, fruit, herbal island teas, and a delicious 3 course yet light to digest supper.)
All guests receive a One-to-One Wellness Consultation and a luxurious full-body holistic massage to unwind the mind, clarify wishes, issues and needs and to ease you gently into a delicious retreat experience.
Afternoons are free for you to relax by the pool in our gorgeous retreat locations, or to head off and explore the island – with plenty of tips and recommendations from our island resident team.
You can also use this time to choose to indulge in some wonderful additional and optional holistic therapies for mind, body and soul. We have an amazing team of wellness therapists for whatever you feel you need or would like!
Our evenings include a further yoga practice or a holistic wellness workshop, before we sit down for a delicious, healthy supper under the stars.
We have a wonderful team of hosts and wellness consultants, who are present throughout your stay to support you through your retreat experience.
The yoga we offer is for all levels – Our highly qualified teachers offer alignment details, philosophical teachings and therapeutic techniques to inspire yogis and yoginis at all stages of their development.
We teach intelligent yoga, to inspire our guests to reawaken and learn to trust their innate body intelligence. Our teachers all share the philosophy that every body has a different story and will always offer modifications for beginners or those recovering from injuries.
The yoga is grounded in hatha vinyasa flow, with yin yoga, with restorative yoga, yoga nidra and guided meditations woven in. We have two teachers in every class to assist beginners with adjustments and modifications and to offer more advanced students personalised guidance to deepen your practice.
Whether you are coming alone or with friends – rest assured that you will meet like-minded people and so many of our guests become friends for life too. Many of our guests have never been on a retreat before and we have many guests who try their first retreat with us then come back year after year.
The retreats all start at 4pm on arrival day and finish after yoga and brunch around midday on the day of departure.
ARRIVING AT THE RETREAT
THE RETREATS OPEN FROM 4PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, with a Wellness Check-in, Welcome massages and then the Opening Circle and yoga starting at around 6pm. The first evening supper is around 8pm.
If you are arriving on an earlier flight, you will need to make your own arrangements for the day up until when the retreat opens. We offer some suggestions and recommendations in our Pre-Arrival email that you will receive about 10 days before the retreat. Let us know if you need any help with this!
