1) Join a Retreat!

2) Book private sessions!
Enjoy personalised attention with private sessions and small mixed groups.
Prices range from:
* €90 for up to 4 persons for 1 hr 15min
* €120 for up to 4 persons for 1 hr 30 mins
- then an additional €10 pp additional after 4 persons. But ask us for special prices for large groups!
Special offer! 1 person yoga 1: session €70 for 1 hour. And €90 for 1.5 hour - in the comfort of your own space.
Note: Special offers can be made for multiple class bookings. July and August subject to €10 fuel supplement per class.
Choose a specialized type of yoga or a combination of techniques. The teacher will tailor the session to your level and requirements.
Ashtanga – Energising & detoxifying, a set of ‘Asanas’ or poses that will give you a total mind-body workout.
Hatha – Great for mixed groups. The umbrella for yoga as it is known today. Combining a variety of different yoga techniques, great for beginners groups of mixed ability.
Iyengar - Slower-yet-deeper yoga. Perfect for those wanting to create a strong foundation or to improve their technique.
Kundalini– Awaken dormant energy and blockages in the spine with powerful breathwork and sequences of moments to help you come into alignment.
Nia – Dancing Yoga. Neuro-muscular Integrative Action. Good for all levels, great group exercise. A dynamic and mooving meditation with music!
Vinyasa flow - Using pranayama (breathwork) to focus you through sequences of Asanas (postures), dynamic and fluid
For groups, a yoga session is the perfect way to detox after a big night, add sparkle to a hen party or to relax on the morning of the big day!
