Infusing Maili’s teachings of yoga and cooking are her diverse background, studies and intuition. Trained in modalities which view food as a transformational tool, she encourages conscious eating. Eating for current life conditions, needs and desires is empowering and joyful. In the kitchen, Maili’s heart lies within natural, whole foods. She also studied at a French cooking school.
She believes in both cooking and yoga as revolution. Conscious action goes against the stream and invites authenticity from us and the world.
She currently resides on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza. The island is rich, fertile and full of creative energy. It is where she has happily joined together her two passions, yoga + food, by working on wellness retreats. The island inspires her through its healing presence of nature and fusion of cultures.
